Earthquake in Nepal with 7.8 magnitude on 25th April 2015…Killed hundreds of citizens

An Earthquake of that measured 7.8 magnitude on rector scale struct Nepal on Saturday 25th April 2015 at 11.41 Am local time. More that 1500 people are declared dead by local authorities. The epicenter of the quake is with in 50 miles radius of Nepal’s capital Kathmandu. Streets and squares in the nation’s capital and largest city were covered in rubble with homes, building and historical temples collapsed. Derek Shepherd died…. Greys Anotomy Shocker!

Greys Anotomy’s Mc Dreamy, the beloved character Dr. Derek Shepherd, was killed off in Thursday’s episode of the ABC drama. The development is particularly surprising because Patrick Dempsey signed a two-year contract extension last year that would have kept him on Grey’s through a 12th season.
The episode that aired on 23rd April, made it clear that Dempsey’s run on the show that made him a worldwide star is definitely over.
Patrick Dempsey, who of course played Derek for the past 11 seasons, released a statement to TVLine following the episode.
“It’s been a remarkable ride. The worldwide impact has been extraordinary. It is incredible how devoted and passionate the fans are and I will forever be grateful and humbled by the experience.”
The show’s creator Shonda Rhimes released a statement following the episode, according to People:
“Derek Shepherd is and will always be an incredibly important character – for Meredith, for me and for the fans. Earth Day is an annual event, celebrated on April 22, when events worldwide are held to demonstrate support for environmental protection. April 22, 2015 marks the 45th anniversary of Earth Day.
The idea came to Earth Day founder Gaylord Nelson, then a U.S. Senator from Wisconsin, after witnessing the ravages of the 1969 massive oil spill in Santa Barbara, California. Thus the Earth Day began in 1970, when 20 million people across the United States gathered for increased protection of the environment and a revolution began.
Celebrated for the first time in 1970, it is now coordinated globally by the Earth Day Network and celebrated in more than 192 countries each year.
