Transformers: Dark of the Moon is the 3rd installment from Michael Bay in the Transformer series. The film is in 3D and reviews say that it’s better than first two installments. Transformers: Dark of the Moon is expected to hit theaters July 1st, 2011 in Real D 3D and IMAX 3D.

Optimus Prime will lead Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe to take on the evil Decepticons, who are determined to avenge their defeat in 2009s Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) has to come to the aid of his robot friends. A new villain Shockwave comes to picture after a longtime, who rules Cybertron while the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out on Earth.

After the advance screening the reviewers are pretty positive about the Dark of the moon. Visual effects are innovative because they are designed and directed well with out faults and they look like real. Director Michael Bay helps us enter into the agony of the battlefield with his camera angles and movement. The film’s atmosphere is now more dramatic that will keep you in the seat from the first till the last minute.

The acting isn’t great, but it’s an improvement, considering the movie’s improvement in any other department as well.Even Rosie looks a little better than Megan Fox.Shia LaBeouf is the running man again, and with some additions such as Patrick Dempsey, John Malkovich and even the twist in Turturro’s character, Transformers 3 looks fresher than ever.
