Amazon India 48 hour sale will end today Friday 8th July 2016 and the deals on popular electronics and smartphones like Lenovo Vibe K4 Note, Coolpad Note 3. Amazon India 48 hour sale sees deals on audio products from the likes of Skullcandy and other vendors. There is also 5 percent discount on Amazon India gift cards. Consumers shopping on Amazon may also get an additional 10 percent extra discount on every purchase made via Standard Chartered debit and credit cards.On Thursday, some of the smartphones available under the Amazon India’s 48 Hours Sale were the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note which was available at Rs. 10,999, with the Ant VR headset available at just Rs. 699. Dallas Shooting Injures 11 Police Officers, Kills 5

Dallas Shooting: The fatal shootings of two African-American men by police in Louisiana and Minnesota resulted in the demonstration which turned into a standoff between Dallas Police and attacking snipers . 3 suspects are already is custody but a 4th sniper is in downtown Garage and authorities are negotiating with the suspect.
Dallas Police Chief David Brown said, “A total of 11 police officers were shot by snipers during the protests of which 5 of them are dead. The suspect has told our negotiators that the end is coming, more officers are going to be hurt, and there are bombs planted all over downtown Dallas.” Brown said.
“We believe that these suspects were positioning themselves in a way to triangulate on these officers from two different perches in garages in the downtown area, and planned to injure and kill as many law enforcement officers as they could,” he told More >

BookMyShow allows users to book tickets for movies, plays, sports, and live events through its website, mobile app, and mobile site. BookMyShow is the Mumbai based firm founded in 1999 which have its its presence in 350 towns and cities. Accel Partners, SAIF Partners and Network 18 are also the present in the funding round which is ultimately led by US-based Stripes Group.7

Singer Celine Dion receives Billboard Icon Award after delivering a Powerful Queen Cover performance “The Show Must go On” at Billboard Music Awards. Through her performance Celine Dion paid tribute to her husband Rene Angelil who died last January at the age of 73 fighting throat cancer.
